Through qualitative research, coaching, and workshops, I defined unique customer segments and developed a positioning framework that informed brand and marketing messaging.

RVL Wellness Co. has since been able to ensure that marketing gets to the heads and hearts of those most likely to benefit from purchasing thier puzzles.
